The Ixchel Museum is on the campus of the Universidad Francisco Marroquin. That is the adjacent Popol Vuh Museum of Maya art in the background at the right.

Just get a taxi from any hotel and tell them to go to the Museo Ixchel. There is no direct bus. You can walk from the hotels in Zone 10 if you are an accomplished walker.
